Have you swapped in new relays on the drivers inner fender? If the ASD relay is not working then you won't get any charging. Could be a bad info center....mine recently stopped working so I hit the dash with the flat of my hand a few times and smacked the info center with a big hairy knuckle....started working again.
Grid heaters could be a bad AIT (Air intake temp sensor), you can try grounding out the negative pin on the solenoids and seeing if they will turn on. Then you know it's a sensor and wiring issue.
There are several wiring connections between the CPS and the ECM...you could have a bad connection at one of these points. If the CPS signal is not getting to the ECM then you will not have charging since it does not know that the motor is running, and no tach signal.
