If your truck had LT235/85R16 tires originally, the adapter is a 4428549, 1.3846:1 ratio. List price $99.10. You may want to use a 4428962, 1.4:1 ratio for the taller tire. Thats the closest you will get. It lists for $83.45, and its discontinued with only two left in the system.

I understand that the computer/book is probably confusing, it just made me mad that they were being less than willing to help. I expect that when I go to vatozone, but not at the dealership. Not to mention the "manager" talking to customers like that
I've purchased a ton of stuff from there, they could be much nicer and more helpful than they were.
