What are you needing to wire up? All you really need is power to the injector pump to run, and grid heaters if you opt to keep them. Gauges, too, I guess.

Gauges aren't all that hard. Depends on the conversion. If you go for all aftermarket gauges you can replace the stock senders with the Aftermarket ones (Autometer, Di Pricol, Isspro).
Now, on the other hand, you can take the stock senders for the conversion truck's engine and mount them to the donor motor and the factory gauges will work.
