Funny Problem...

Does it have spark? And other questions...

Maybe you need to add a ground from the frame to the engine. The battery grounds to the engine, and it sounds like all those accessories grounding to the frame are grounding thru the core support wire.

Thats what I did. I bought a Optima Red Top with top and side posts. I used the top posts for the factory cables and I bout a second cable for the side post that has a 2nd wire on it. The heavy cable went to teh frame and teh smaller gauge went to the factory spot.

Good idea! I should have bought a dual post battery too. Never thought of it at the time. :oops:

They make dual post batteries? COOL!!

A good tip, go to Advance and set up a buisness account, they dont need any info other then a "bussiness name" and mabe your SSN. I got my red top wih full warrenty for $103

Dan, maybe I should have been a little more clear. :roll: Dual terminal battery. Top and side post.
Could you imagine the problems if batteries had 4 top posts? Some people have enough trouble with just 2 posts on top! :lol:
