No start, no idea where to start UPDATE ITS ALIVE!

The truck: project truck that I've been working on, 1990 w250 727 auto, finally ready to get it started.
The problem: Turn key nothing happens, i have lights but nothing related to starting, there is no power at the neutral safety switch, and I am not sure what is suppose to have power with key off or on at the key switch. the column has been rewired from a 90 column to a 93 using the 90 wiring diagrams and the 93 diagrams when hooking up the wires. Anyone that has any idea even where to start on figuring this out would be a big help, it is suppose to be running and drivable by June 30th, and hopefully pulling on july 10th so I am running out of time. I'm pretty good mechanical, really lost when it comes to electrical.

There's a two-wire plug near the positive terminal on the battery with one red and one black wire; this goes to the starter terminal on the battery. If you jumper the harness-side of the connector, it will spin the engine, bypassing the neutral-park safety switch and ignition.

I would think that the neutral-park switch should get power from somewhere? I had one go out on me before. But if it's not getting power, it's probably not at fault.

any idea why the switch wouldn't get power? What wires on the column are suppose to have power when the key is off and when the key is on? (as far as wires for starting the truck)

Almost every ignition-on wire from the ignition switch on the truck is a 12 or 14 gauge dark blue wire; they all tie together in a splice in the center of the engine compartment above the engine.

The wire that gets crank voltage from the ignition switch is a 14 or 16 gauge yellow wire that runs to the starter solenoid relay on the passanger-side inner fender.

I was told that it could be an ignition fuse? I can't find any fuses that say ignition.

Looking at the wiring diagrams, from what I can tell the dark blue wire is suppose to have power coming into the switch? I am not sure. Anyone that can help me it would be great. I still do not see any ignition fuses even looking through the manuals i have found nothing.

I believe that the ignition is on a fusible link, which are buried in the wiring harness on the driver's-side fender.

The dark-blue Ignition-On wires that I was talking about come from the switch. I don't know the color of the always-hot wire going into the switch.

I got it running. The problem ended up being the main red power wire going to the key switch, it was a previous owner cob job that I found after tracing the wire through the harness.

oh and the hood stack is not staying, that was just a quick fix due to not having the down pipe made yet.
