nothing works

the battery on my 92 was disconected while the truck was running. now none of the guages work wait to start dont work and when i turn the key on the in tank pump comes on but it will not crank truck will start and run if i jump the starter any help with this problem would be great

There is a guy in Cody, or was that is pretty sharp on the 1st gens. I can't remember the name of the place but it is/was next to Walmart.
You may have fried the computer or just a fusible link.

where exactly is the fuseable link that controls that part of the truck

Look on the driver's side fender- there is a wire that splits into 4 or 5 wires- those wires after the split are the fusbile links. Just have to turn the key on and see which ones have power after the fuse link part. They are a real pain in the ass, if you ask me.

so is there an actual fuse in the wires under the hood or what i aint no good at wiring but i hate repair shops

figured out wat a fusible link is now ill just try to fix it
92 D350 pump tweeks 2nd gen compressor housing 4 inch exhaust
