Seems there was a thread about pyros a few weeks ago where the consensus was any old lead wire will do.

Where's all the experts when you need them!?

The wire that you get depends on how much distance you have between the probe and the gauge.

Call ISSPRO to be sure.

James, just strip the end of the insulation back, hook the copper wire around the terminal on the gauge and run it til you get some cash. I've done it before, and as long as your connections are tight, all will be well. I've also run a 6ft lead wire that I bought locally, and it worked as well. Actually, the one from the Peterbilt should work, too. It seems they are just copper wire anyway.

Ace- The EV series gauges need the amplifier. As long as the gauge is flat faced (this one appears to be), you just need the lead wire. Good point, though.
