Does This Part Exist?

I'm thinking of a 194 type wedge bulb socket with a pigtail and a ear that you can run a trim screw through. I'm wanting to light up the floor of my cab and under my hood...

Not sure in the aftermarket world. But if you go out to a junk yard look in all of the gm trucks. The floor lights are just what you are looking for. Most are held in with 7mm headed bolts under the dash on passenger side and driver side.
93 W250. Waiting on EFI live to come out with a ve version.
