I may have alternator problems. It shows its not charging. Does that mean its for sure the
alternator? or can a bad voltage regulator show the same thing? How would I make sure its
the alternator? or vice versa

take it in to any parts store they can test and load test them. you can hav ethem do a on vehicle test or off
