Harness suggestions

I'm in the process of putting my 1st gen powered 1980 Cherokee WT back together. I never planned to use either donor harness both were hacked and useless. Anyone have any experience with aftermarket harness' ?
I would like to use a complete aftermarket set up. The Jeep harness is crap right from factory.

Anyone ever use a painless type of harness, what would you use anything to avoid.
