Tach info!

So I found my tach plug in under my dash and now I wanna install a tach! How do I hook an aftermarket tach to the factory plug in???? Thanks for the help!
91 RAM 350, 75HP POD's, HX44, 600HP southbend, ARP head studs, custom intake, 4"exhaust, 3"stainless coolertubz, maxed VE, fuel pin, 3200, snow performance stage 2, boost/pyro guages, 2" lift, 33's/16's, What next?
