I just got my truck painted for the third time, this time I went all crazy on it and paid for TWO coats of paint to be put on top of the crappy primer.
So I want to make myself some fender covers for it now, anybody know what dimensions I should use or have any good ideas for making fender covers?

Use some old blankets. If you don't have any, go to a thrift store, Salvation Army, Thrifty Shopper, etc. They are big and cover real well, and don't cost much either.
