Hansen i know this is a wierd request but could i get you to take demensions of your frame for me? height, width, and length? odd request i know but im trying to make a to scale version on a cad program and i'd like to go all out on this.

:mad: Went to prime everything this afternoon, got everything cleaned up and outside, open tightly sealed primer can, annnddd surprise! about a 2 inch thick hunk of solid primer.... guess were not priming this afternoon anymore.
Maybe il take wednesday off and prime it in the morning before me and the girlfriend gotta go to south dakota.

Finally..everything is primed :cheers:
Was finally cool enough yesterday for it to work, Also got new bushing for the front springs and shackles, got one side done might do the other side this week sometime. Even found a New wheel this morning, so its on the way, and 3 new tires are comin. Should have everything now but carpet and 1brake drum :D

I started in Early 2007 on my turn bolt restoration....and he is WAYYYYY ahead of me lol! Not even done with all the body work yet!
1992 W350 RCLB 5 Speed Locking 3.54s Flatbed completely stock it's whole life (for now) 117K on the clock (In the middle of a frame off restoration)
1992 W350 RCLB Rag Locking 4.10s Flatbed basket case - All the spare parts left from the other W350 & I still have a whole truck left...
1999 RCSB 1500 24v NV5600
2000 VW Jetta TDI

What'd that area used to be for? Kinda looks like free stalls?

this is just me but, before I started blowing color I would at least put down some plastic on the floor, when paint goes on
it's like it's electric charged and the dirt is attracted to it, it will help keep out some of the dust.

also when you pick the spot your gonna shoot if you can put a box fan on the floor blowing out of your "booth"
the then somewhere up high in the opposite corner cut a hole and put some furnace filters, this will kinda make a
down flow is will suck the floating dust down to the floor instead of up in the air.

the more fans you have blowing out and the more filtered air coming in the better.

Dont worry,i am not painting it in there :lol:, Im taking it into town to a paint booth
I was originally hopeing to have it done by september or so, cause that is when the last truck pull is, an its in my town, but our local body man is so slow and busy that i dont know if that will happen or not.

I have a friend who owns a body shop doing my work and the cab has been there since August of 2010...:lol:
grandted it is a side job ;)
