No glue, just a rubber seal and gasket. Pull out the seal strip in the middle of the rubber. If the rubber seal seems hard, use a razor knife and cut from the seal groove to the glass and remove the cut piece. Then remove the glass. If the rubber is soft, you may be able to work the glass out of the rubber. A gasket is about $130 from the dealer, $20 from the glass place, so as far as I'm concerned, I'd cut that puppy and slide the glass out. Make sure you use sealer on the metal groove and the glass groove of the gasket on assembly.
