this is my tube front winch bumper project. i have built several rear tube bumpers and front racing bumpers. but this is my first attemp at a tube bumper. prototype 1. designed it on the computer as a rough draft to look at. its 3d so if you want any other views just ask. using a xrc 8 as a mock up winch. i already have a ramsy 12 to go in. this was the nose piece but after some thought we decided it was too long so we are shotening the gap from 12.5 to 8".

i wish. i just got hired part time but they give me pretty much 39 hours a week so time wise its tough to get more work done, but thursday i should be able to get more work done.

hey all. i am sorry about not updating my build. for some reason i was unable to login for awhile. stupid computer. well here is my finished bumper. i can make custom bumpers for first gen trucks, guessing frame width is the same between gas and diesel. all i have left to do on mine is wire up the winch, and trim the front quarterpanels. i was thinking about doing some diagnal bars from the bottom up to the ends but because its a rock crawler and there is nothing there that needs protection i am not doing them that way i have better clearence and approach angles for crawling.

i can make the bumpers however needed. everyone will more than likely be a one of design. also the lower front bumper bracket holes i am keeping to mount the front rock lights to. they are in the perfect spot.
