Bucket Seat Question

I have a regular cab truck. I installed Ramcharger buckets in it today, with the RC bases. The seats don't sit where they are comfortable. I thought they would be better than this. What do you guys with buckets have for bases? I'm not against fabbing something if I need to.

Hi Pete. I looked at my reg cab w/bench seats and then at my xtra cab 4x4 and doner corpse 2 wheel xtra. The floor pans are different at the tunnel. Where the seats bolt up, They look similar. IE: the slope toward the front. But I dont know about the exact measurements w/o pulling seats. If youd like some pics let me know.

Rebel, I know the floor is different from auto trans to manual. I know on a RC or ex-cab the back of the seat can sit past where the rear window is on a regular cab. I also realize the back of the seat is thicker on the buckets. I was wondering if the bases are different on a regular cab?
Or how are they modified to work?

Bench bases are NOT different from reg to ext cab- Mom replaced her worn out club cab seat with a bench from a reg cab. (she is the only one I know who doesnt like bucket seats.)

my wife's the same way. her truck has a tan interior and seats are everywhere. she doesnt want the buckets .

I want to put newer bench in my truck prefferiable with the fold down center console. Are they compatible? And how new can I go. Thanks
Also maybe, if buckets are swaping compatible I may consider.
