Postby ramtough1993 » Tue Feb 28, 2012 7:50 pm

I bought a set of cab lights for my 93 but the truck didn't come with lights originally so i have no idea how to space them out to make them look stock and decent any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot, one more question, the lights need some paint but should they be blue like the color of the truck or silver?

They're silver/grey from the factory. I like them painted body color though.

Now that i have the lights all painted i am itching to get them on, is there any place that makes a replacement wire harness of does anybody have any idea on how the original wire harness looked or how it was all connected, i am looking for any tip i can get, any response is appriciated.

I'm sure I have a good stock harness or 2 around.
The harnesses are a parallel daisy chained affair, with the 1 long wire that has the female bullet connectors supplying power.
The housing wiring has loops for the grounds that the screws that retain the cab light run through.

Around the headlight switch is a female bullet connector that has a black wire with a yellow stripe on it, which is the connector for the cab light harness.
