Rear window conversion gasket question

So my 93 has a plain glass window in it from the factory, the package it came with had the rear slider optioned but the person that ordered it deleted i know get over it so i decided to buy one. I ended up with one with all of the aluminum around it that looks real nice. When i went to put it in tonight and we set it in the opening and got the bottom of the gasket in and found out that it was about an inch short. The guy said that the window was out of a 93. so after all of this story telling i am finally getting to the point, is the gasket for a rear slider the same as one for a solid glass window? or is the window from a different year dodge?

Was it an aftermarket slider window? I am pretty sure they use a different gasket.

I know when i took mine in for new glass (aftermarket slider) they had the wrong gasket and had to order the proper one.

I am positive that this one is stock equipment but it might be from the 80's does that make a difference was the window size different
