Last I checked with a dealer, there were still some new DODGE grille shells left, with the D-O-D-G-E letters on them.
Very spendy, though.
Emblem adhesive works nicely on the letters.
Grind the backs smooth, prep the surfaces with hot soapy water, followed by alcohol or lacquer thinner, then paste them on with the emblem adhesive.
Wait until the adhesive hardens, then carefully trim off any excess with a pen knife.
The OEM grilles actually have a slight depression behind each letter, but from 5 feet away, it's hard to see the difference between that and a repop grille, unless the letters are spaced wrong.
