Arm Rest/Door Handle Came Loose

So the passenger side arm rest came loose when someone was pulling the door closed. Do I have to remove the panel to screw it back on?

Yup. You may want to look at it close, I think they rot out where the screws go in. After the reread, maybe the screws just pulled a little and they'll tighten back up. Good luck!

Good to know thanks. If the holes are rotted I'll bore it wide, run wire into the armrest, backfill with jb, and then drill and tap.
