2003 quad cab front seats in a 1991 regular cab?

I found a deal on a set of seats, console and all, out of a 2003 quad cab. Will these fit in a 1991 regular cab width wise? And if so, after the mounting brackets are cut to fit the '91, will the legroom and headroom be acceptable? I got the seats for $65.00 and the drivers seat only has one small place in it. Thanks in advance for the opinions.
