Drivers side window won`t roll up

Help! My window motor fried and it will take a few days to get one in. How do I get to go up and stay up? Any suggestions?
92 W250 Club Cab, cut fuel pin, fuel screw turned up, M&H timing device, POD injectors, K&N filter, 4in exhaust from the DP back, 16cm turbine housing, Autometer Ultralite 2 guages, Suncoast 47RE transmission, Ruenel Bumpers, Best 1/4 14.51 @ 90mph.
96 2500 reg cab CTD: 60# valve springs, silverbullet, switch to lock, afc, 4k gov spring, no plate, 4in dp to 6 in stack

Gonna have to pull the door apart on the inside to get at the motor.
