Extended cab short bed conversion

Mine was something like 15.75" plus 4" off the end of the frame rails.

What I did was measure the gap between the cab and stock long bed. Then removed the long bed and bolted on the short bed and measured the new gap. Then subtracted the original gap from the new larger gap and the result is how much I took out.

This was going from a club cab long bend to the cc short bed fyi.
