I'm needing to know how the shifter is located on the column of the auto truck as I can't remember,never paid any attention :oops: .

There are 4 parts to the column cover. Two down lower on the column and the 2 up by the wheel. The auto shifter is in tge bottom 2 pieces. The top 2 covers are almost identical to my 01.

Ya I looked at my F-I-L's truck (01 2500) there's little difference between it and mine so I think im pullin the trigger on it

This only sits on top of the existing cover anyways, should be plenty of clearance with the shifter Ellis.

I really hate to do this ..but Pete is rite, :P i just bought one 2 weeks ago and it fits nice (over)
your top piece, there is some double sticky tape ( usless ) and 4 little push buttons ( drill the correct
size hole and push then in ) they kinda work like the plastic things that holds on a GM door panel.

my only problem is my isspro tach is a tad to long to seat all the way flush in the pod.
