I have the smoke screw backed all the way out. I have the star wheel up a lot for a stiffer spring.

Are u referring to the AFC spring? I put one in out of a non IC pump and it appeared to be stiffer I've just got my AFC bottomed out I need to tune on it but I'm just gunna wait till I can go to Edgewater and tune at the track

yeah, the spring. trying to keep smoke down as much as possible. i cant wait till edgewater opens back up. i should be in the 12's for sure now. got my new controller for the W/M and found they sent me the wrong one. now i gotta wait for the right one. i hate waiting. i love my 4200 spring. i didnt clip it like some say needs done. it was a whole new truck. like going from stock to a 366 spring, but better. once i hit the 12's, i'm putting in a pee pump and if i got enough money, a different trans. thinking of selling all my nitro rc cars to start funding it, but they are too much fun!

I didn't clip my spring either and I love it I hve the same opinion as u I went from stock to a 366 spring and then to the 354 (4200) it made a big difference last year my best time was a 15.71 on just an hx35 and pump work stock injectors and tranni I'm now runing an hx35/ht3b I've got 5x18 injectors to put in 60lb valve springs and I'm waiting on my air dog 150 and Hellman sump gunna turn the line pressure up on the tranni a bit as well I'm hoping to be into the 13s in spring I am as well saving for a pee pump and built 47re

Is you truck 4wd? You shouldn't have any problems getting into the 13's. you will have to show me, or I'll pay ya to turn the line pressure up on mine. Do you have any idea on how much your truck weighs?

There's a thread back in the transmission section. It's pretty straight forward. I couldn't find it when I just looked. dzl damon wrote it.
