Hey Guys!
So i finally got some time and i got my wiring harness hooked up.....
Now ive got issues lol
1st, of them, my blower motor runs no matter what if the battery is hooked up.
2nd, my radio doesnt work,(may be a bad connection in the dash from rewiring it.)
3rd, none of my gauges work,(lights work, But not the gauges themselves.)
4th, i put a ground from my battery to my core support, but when it is connected my grid heater relays stay on all the time no matter what.
5th, i have no power to the S wire on my starter, ( im thinking that may have something to do with the automatic steering column i used?)

It sounds to me like i am missing some grounds or somethin important lol.

Jack! You're back!

Other than chase wiring with a multimeter, I don't know.

So i Finally got the truck running!!! 8) got fuel back up to the injectors and it fired up like it was started yesterday.
the only major problem i have now is that that ground wire that connects to the firewall under the voltage regulator, has power to it, Im in the process of tracing the wires now.
The ground has power to it only when the blower motor is plugged in. And also when you pull fuses it is the dome light fuse that shuts power off to the ground.

Had a video of it actually running but my phone and computer are on some sort of strike.

Idles good, cant really tell a difference in the way it idles from before. They seem to be a little smoother throughout the RPMS than the stock ones, and definately more fuel it seems like just sitting there revving it up, I havnt gotten a chance to drive it yet. Need to figure out why in the world i have power to that ground.
Im also ditching the powerstroke intercooler. Fits like crap in my opinion lol going back to a 2nd gen cooler if i can find one.

Bad ground from the cab to the battery, frame or engine.
Or the dome light wire may be shorted. Sometimes they wear thru under the floor mat.

Alright, let me know dodgefreak

It has been driving me nuts Ptoombs, ive had over half of the wiring harness apart following them freakin grounds, but i went to napa to grab some electrical cleaner, and he mentioned trailer plug wiring  Which suddenly jogged my memory that my old cab used to do the same thing and it was always one plug on my trailer plug connectors.... so tomorrow I am going to grab all the plugs and wires off of my box at the body shop and hook that stuff back up and see if that cures my problems,
i sure freakin hope so, lol this sucks!

I saw one of those trailer plug "T" taps short out once. That took a while to find, turn on the signals and all the markers blinked.

Well i get the Idiot award of the week
Finally figured out why i had power to my grounds... The hood light connector and the blower motor connector are the same except the actual blower motor connector was a couple feet away from the blower motor!

Only big problem i have now wiring wise is that when i turn my key to accessory the A/C clutch engages, any ideas on that one?
