What color does everyone think?

Postby RCCUMMINS89 » Fri Jan 25, 2013 10:05 pm

Ok.... I'm more than likely gonna break down and do the final touches on the RC and obviously paint would be the biggest thing on it.

Personally I'm thinking black with green flake in it... Not allot of flake but enough to know it's there. Then tint the back windows darker than necessary. I feel that would match the green/black theme of the website.

What does everyone else think?

Brilliant black off the newer dodge vehicles is down right sexy.

How do feel about a green stripe? Black/green/black would be unique. I know gray with a green stripe looks really good (i.e. 1STGENFARMBOY)

I've never seen a 2 tone Ramcharger either

Possibly..... I've never painted before, but I'm sure I can do it.... However, that being said, difficulty level obviously comes into consideration.

That's why the actual spray part itself (easiest part) I don't worry about... I've got steady hands and can make a rattle can look like it was done with a nice spray gun.

It's the sanding, filling, stuff.... well, we'll just have to see.

In my opinion, there's no skill needed there. Just a ton of patience. Having done body work, take your time!

The biggest problem I am running into is deciding the color. I think I like my idea, but I can't find it on anything via google.

There isn't many RC running around with nice paint job, I can't get much of an idea.

I really like red. That's what drew me to my 91 a decade ago. It's soon to be flat black, but someday, it'll go back to red again.
