That part number is actually D01, not 001.
It is for a standard cab 1981-1993 Dodge 1/2-1 ton.
Some have cutouts for OEM cab lights, some do not.

Any standard cab visor for our first gens is definitely a good find. 8)

I have a bunch of E/C or Ramcharger ones.

Know what's funny?
I was looking at my stash of 5 or so and one of them was a D01, so I have a Standard cab one (no cab light cut-outs) I didn't realize I had.
Couple that to the fact that I have a lighted part number 19025 one for an E/C or Ramcharger and I'm in a very good mood!

So, the visor that is currently on my 91 is worth saving? Shoot, I might have to hold onto it then...
