Ya the bottom will be white and from the body line on the fenders up it will be a dark gun metal. Then a red pin stripe to break the two colors up.

I got the cab all primered tonight, went on nicely.also got my visor (thanks mark!) I'll get that prepped and primed this weekend! Getting closer

Well after 10 hrs and 2 sleeves of 400 and 1 sleeve 600 grit paper the cab is all sanded and ready for paint. Hope to get the cab painted tomorrow!

Jeez, I think that's gonna look nice! 8) Is the stripe going under or over the clear? Your post made it sound like under.

Yes sir its going under the clear. Be did his over and if he buffs it he has to touch it up. The truck had a lot of pin striping before and it was all missing spots and what have you. He's good at this sthi so trust him.

Oh and thanks, I think it looks awesome also!

Body work is the biggest pain in the ass and paint work is the most sensitive, because not only can it go wrong going on, some butthole is more than likely going to come along and put scratches in it.
I wouldn't mind having a nice paint job, it's just going to jail for killing the bastard who decides to key my ride because he can't stand someone having something nice.

Nice eczema on the gray visor, BTW.

Mark.

Haha thanks mark! The visor has been cleared of its peeling problem! It will be painted tonight or tomorrow morning. I will b extra cautious on where it gets parked that's for sure! I've wanted to paint it for a while now and ain't going to take any chances now that it is

For some reason I had a red stripe pictured in my head. We know the bad part of that statement! I love the green stripe, I can't wait to see a pic of the truck outside all uncovered! 8)

Me too Pete! Or, we've both been diagnosed with red-green color blindness at the same time.

Jeff, I thought it was my head that was messed up! (more than usual) I didn't remember him posting that, but my subconscious must have!

Dude, I think you're missing a few things still! ;) Now it looks like a lot of white from the side. (don't mind my whining, you only have to please yourself. ;) )
