bird bath hood on 1st gen

Postby dodgebullit » Mon Aug 26, 2013 10:00 pm

Ok so I've got a stock 93 D-350 I've been working on the last piece I gotta get on for metal is the hood and wiper cowl. I've been toying with the idea to put a 70's bird bath hood on there with the powerwagon emblems I know I gotta have the matching cowl and rig up a different latch setup but the radiator is so damn tall on that truck I'm wondering how much I would have to cut off that hood or maybe I wouldn't . But what I'm wondering more is your guys opinion on which looks better the bird bath or the stock hood with the billy goat?? I got a nice one with the light up eyes 8). Also anyone have any good ideas for the dually marker lights?? Thanks in advance for your input!!

Mark Nixon had s few pics of a bird bath hood on his carhauler and had said once before what was needed to install it.
