either repair or buy new dash

I just got a 89 w250 ctd 5 speed and the po has cut out the dash above the message center so the light has no place to mount and its cut to the defroster vent and I don't know if it would be easier to take and repair it or just buy a new one. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would just replace it. They aren't hard to replace at all...

yeah I understand that just its getting hard to find one around here ive been hunting like a hawk but still no luck

Any good wrecking yards down that way?? I have a decent red dash, without the center speaker opening (must be a pre '89 thing), but shipping it to FL would get pricey...

yes there are a few but by the time they get in they are stripped so I cant just get down there
