Found a 84 gas dodge can doors fenders

Wondering if the body part would swap out between these years

Yup. Pretty much interchangeable. The cabs are different but not because of the year. If the cab came off a 2wd/auto, it'll have a small hump floor. All manual trucks and 4wds had large hump floors.
