Looking for a few body parts, any good resources online?

I'm looking for some black trim that goes along the side of my 1990 d250, it's the trim that nestles into a "chrome" strip and provides a bumper for when people open their doors into you in a parking lot. I'm missing the driverside door trim and a bit on the driverside fender.

I'm also looking for some replacement wiper arms... the teeth inside the female end that mounts to the gear that they rotate about, have worn down. So when I turn the wipers on, the nubs rotate, but the arms turn sporadically.

I really need some help on the wiper arms, I don't use the forum much, but I found I couldn't post in the parts section. hope this is alright.

The bumper cladding is hard. Some say the S10 cladding flipped upside down is a very close match. I haven't done it yet but if the chrome strip is removable, then I was going to buy that JC Whitney chrome stick on strips and replace it that way.
