Power window regulator questions??

Rebuilding my 92 d250 and i want to get new regulator/motors for the windows....LMC and everyone else only list the regulators up to 1990. Does anyone know if these will work in a 92-93? Find it hard to believe they changed them but id like to know if anyone has info....

I believe what they changed is the Gear on the window Motor . the Later truck's have a bigger gear so you have to open the hole for the motor gear up to meet that size . Geno's Garage sell's the motor's also new .I would have to check to see if they have the regulator's also .

Finding the motor is no problem, its the regulator i cAnt find....maybe i can buy the regulator/motors for a 90 and install them !

Ahhh I see...misunderstood. Pretty sure they make the regulators as well. Will do some digging.

But pretty sure you can use a pre-91 PW assembly in the later doors. You might just have to drill a couple new holes. I believe, but am not 100% sure, that the pre 91 units bolted in, as opposed to the 91-93 units being riveted in.
