Never mind the mess.....trying to wrap up the intercooler install, which caused my old grille inserts to need attention. So I figured, why mess with them....

Of course, they are not finished yet, still need to brace and secure them. Ill probably get them done and stick my bumper on and not be able to see them lol.

That looks great! I like the original grill, but you can't have your intercooler and eat it too can you?

If you get a chance can you take some more detailed pictures of the inserts? I'd like to see how you mounted and constructed them.

Great job!

I will once they are done. Right now theyre just bent and slapped in there, but I have some rod that will be the shape/mount.

Ya its pretty good. Weve got a 500 also, but I love the EFI. We also have a 660 rhino sitting in a million pieces about 10 feet behind me there. I blew the engine last fall so its getting a HI performance rebuild.
