Rear Speakers in an ext. cab 93

Hey guys, I am doing the stereo in my truck and i have noticed that the previous owner has either removed or never had the stock speakers in the back. The entire housing where the speaker is keps is gone and there are just the little square brakets that hold it on showing in the back. Does anyone know where I might get such a thing? or other Dodge vehicles with the same thing?

salvage yard at this point. i think they were specific to the ext cab rams. thing is they take a smaller speaker than the more common 3 x 9 so speakers can be tough to find. i suggest just make a box and put some quality aftermarket speakers back there.

yeah half what i was thinking as well, see if i can make something blend in back there nice. I always wondered what the silver brackets were for back there! lol now i know
