Rubber thing for sliding rear window

Today I was trying to get all the ice off my truck, and tried to open my rear window. I may have pulled on that little rubber piece a little to hard, (no Pete, I didn't pull on the "other" piece...) and it broke off. Anybody know of a way to fix it, or where to get a new piece?
