Any body got the time ,connection, or measurement ,to see if one will fit ? Most of these big truck shops are on the Midwest, or east coast , I"m looking also at the steel visor for the 55-59 chevy truck ? any ideas ? Thanks Loco one out !

i have lots of experience with petes and ive personnally tried to see what a aluminum visor would look like on my dodge and it basically looks like sthi the visor was too long so it looked like a wing and it was slightly too wide not saying that it cant be done but i felt it didnt look right

My dad and I are looking into breaking some out of a sheet of stainless we have sitting around.

Just get some cardboard and duct tape and start cutting and fitting pieces to see what shape you need, then lay the taped pieces out flat and make a template that someone can laser cut and break for you...that's what I planned on doing.

There is a place in San Antonio that will make you any visor you can think of. I have bought 2 gangster visors from him for my old Peterbilts, but they were $8oo each. That was a long time ago and im sure the custom visors are cheaper now. I will see him at the Dallas truck show in a week, I can talk to him about it.

To see his creation, search: sledgehammer on you tube, V12 detroit, truck built by him from ground up.
