3rd Generation seats

Anyone ever install or seen a set of 3rd gen 60/40 split bench seats with a console in a first gen?? if so how was the install?? I found a near new front seat group for sale locally, dirt cheap, and I'm wondering if its worth the fab work to install them...
1992 W250 club cab, Auto, Minor pump tweaks, full 4inch exhaust turbo back, no muffler =) 16cm Turbine,ATS exhaust manifold, ASA Mods Intake, CoolerTubz, DennyT stage 2 Pin.. Full Gauges...5th and best Cummins I've ever owned!

I've seen it before, over on CumminsForum I believe. The guy seemed to be pretty happy with the results, but I don't remember anything about the install.
