98 Dodge seats in a 92 Reg cab HELP?

Well I have a 92 Reg cab with a 5-speed and i just came across a 98 dodge seat that i would like to put in there. i was hoping to get some ideas or maybe some pics on how you guys have done it. Thanks

What kinda seat? Is it the one with a fold down console or a plain bench.

it is the one with the fold down sorry i guess i should have said that

in the back i cut off as much as i could up to the sliding rails and just cut a straight line from that point to the mounting point up front. then i added 2" to the front and it came out to the angle of the seat i wanted. welded up some more support brackets and went from there.

The console gets in the way of the stick in five speed trucks. Some bend them. Some cut and weld them were they want. There is a guy on here that has factory buckets.

ok so by you doing that you were still able to move the seat back and forward ? and thanks for helping me by any chance did you take pics doing it?
