Help with Injection Pump

Postby Collers9640 » Wed Aug 20, 2025 1:38 pm

I have to bleed the injectors every time I shut truck off to get it to start. I believe my injection pump is sucking air.

Is there a certain seal of o ring that could be the problem

It could be leaking air in a fuel supply line, or at the filter heater. Best way I have found is to pressurize the tank with about 5-10 psi of air and check all the lines looking for leaks. It could be a return line leaking air also.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
