Ellis, if you end up wanting more poly bushings, I have an Energy Suspension Hyperflex Master kit on my parts shelf, and no Chevy anymore. Been looking to unload it for awhile now.

Nice project btw,

Well.....progress is slow due to my attention being directed toward a set of cabinets  but I like building cabinets too

Tore the front end down as the Ebay seller finally set the damn bushing Kit I ordered, after Ebay put the squeeze to him. I also got 50$ back from the original amount. I got nothing but excesses from this ass on why they weren't sent out. For future reference....don't buy from an Ebay seller until you read their feedback

Like I said fronts tore down. Waiting on bushings and springs.

I bought some 86 half ton springs that is suppose to be stock replacement for the trucks that sported a 6.2 diesel. We'll see how they stand up :?

We will see I guess :? . I think the weight of that Detroit/GM diesel is on pare for weight to weight comparison. It is all cast after all.....but no turbo

The old 6.2-6.5 were a few hundred pounds lighter then the Cummins but they should work.

I'm hoping Andy.....I don't really want to be tearing into the suspension to often to replace springs. Yes I already know the balljoints are gonna be a yearly thing, hope the moog stuff last that long anyhow :)

I need to put all my new parts in mine, it would probably handle better then. A full dressed 6.5 was under 1000 pounds.

I've seen several different weights for a Cummins.....1175.....1090lbs it's hard to believe what's right. I know that the 6.2 is along the same dressed weight as a 454....those things rub 1k

My Chevy crew cab had 3500 6.2 springs in it that were wore out and it held the Cummins.
