the AC in my 94 died 2 weeks ago, line rubbed through.

so at this point, they both ride the same, the 89 is more enjoyable to drive with the 5 speed, steering in the 89 is better, AANNNNDDDD its got vent windows, big pluss when its hot an both trucks dont have ac.

But i get what you mean, its nice to be able to "down" one truck and do the job right.

Alex, get some JB Weld and patch the line. That's what I did on mine. I just sanded it, brake cleaner, and put the goo on. I did bend the line away so it doesn't rub. ;)

Well ive been gathering info on ifs front suspension setups like the mustang II and newer crown vic setup. My question is do you guys know any older Chrysler cars that would work?

They use volare setups in hot rods, like they use the mustang 2. I havent heard of them using anything else from mopar land. The volare uses a transverse torsion bar setup, and everything else uses a longitudinal torsion bars.

Yeah i was told about that today from another guy. I had no idea what a volare was and never seen one. Need to measure some more to see if a Crown Vic unit will work.

Well for the first time since June i fired the Duck up today. Went out and threw a battery in it and it stumbled a few times but started and ran rough gor a minute then cleared up. Took her around the block a few times and parked her behind the shed for the winter. I noticed the lift pump is leaking along with the return line to the trans. If i ever finish that other pos on my driveway i found another body for it.

Okay so back at dropping money on her. I picked up a new battery yesterday and a core 47RH today.

I may eventually part with the 518. Right now I have a 727, 518, and 47RH. I think with 27" tires a 307 rear and the 47RH it should be a fun cruiser with good fuel mileage.

Wish I could have gotten that good of a deal on mine. And I'm in the same boat but my 518 is from a gas and I also got a 318 I got to do something with.

Ah well I had a really hard time finding one. I actually found a listing for an engine and called to see if he still had the trans.

This is the main reason I've been looking for a cab. You can tell in the pic but cab has separated under the drip rail and when you drive in the rain water runs into the cab.

That water runs out of these two holes inside where i barely pushed on the skin and my fingers went threw.
