Andy, I was out towards Dayton a while ago picking up the dad's wheels and the old lady saw some shopping mall she wanted to sniff around in so I may have an excuse to run that tank out to you sometime next weekend. I'll let you know what's up.

Its not bad when you do it a few times Caleb. Levi it sounds good to me. I did pretty good for 12 hours of work today.

Wow, glad you and Belle are ok. That was fast work on the cab! If you use a carton cutter you can slot the rubber near the window and get them out. It's a PITA but it can be done, I did it in the junkyard to pull a dash once.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

I fished all the harness into the dash without pulling it. Talk about a major pain in the ass!

LOL..............yes, yes it is.

My first conversion (dad's crew cab on a std. cab frame) I took the dash out. On mine I realized what to do and never took out the dash.

Back together and on the road. Huge thanks to Chris(skilletky) for giving me the old radiator out of his black truck. He saved my ass on that one and I owe him big.

I knew I had a bad transmission mount but this was beyond bad.

I also changed the rotted door out with the aftermarket one I had saved.

I'm still torn on what color to paint it. On another note has anyone just had a battery short out for no reason? I went out this morning and the truck was dead. I mean nothing at all. I put a volt meter on it and it went crazy and couldn't get a reading. So I carried it the mile and a half to the parts house and they said it was junk it shorted out. This battery was only 5 months old. They gave me another and back I came. I've tested everything and I have no power draws anywhere. I think it was strange its been fine then nothing. It cost me another personal day at work.
