what's the Positive side of this swap

Postby simplysmn » Wed Aug 22, 2012 8:17 pm

the trade is working out to be this he is offering to trade me the whole truck with drivetrain to swap his over to 4x4 just trying to figure out what the labor and part';s I'm going to need to buy are worth the swap

truck is 161,000 young 4x4 drw good 19.5 wheel's nice seat's good body work basicly I would have to buy a trans and transfercase (auto stuff ) and a single wheel dana 60 but would end up with a complete drw 4x4 drivetrain for labor cost give me some feed back guy's ??????

I'm in the middle of a 2x too 4 x swap right now it's not all that hard just a pain with all the rivet's

Any advise would be greatly helpful

Easiest thing to do would be to find a beat up 4x4 auto to use for parts.
