I patched mine too. I replaced 1 or 2 and put in a piece of plate on another one. I cut the hole with a torch, nobodies going to see it and the cab found the center all by itself!

Pete used a 2WD cab on his truck. If I remember right he has some pic's of the floor board work.

Dar, it is a nice B&M unit, I will be sure to pull it when it goes to scrap, as 727's aren't even bringing $250 around here...

Sorry Pete, but I am not into gingers ;)

Got 150lbs of black blasting media today, along with a box of cut off wheels for the grinder, and the weather is supposed to be dry for the next few days. Hope to blast the underside of the cab tomorrow, and get a coat of primer on it...

Ike, as we were talking earlier to-day, I'll have all the parts you need ready by next Friday and we can either meet up, or I'll run them over to Wilton.
I just got in from Tennessee, been a long, trying week and I actually cut the trip short because I was tired of trying to get somewhere and either the weather not cooperating, or people not answering their phones.
I started out just fine, then the storms went through Arkansas, which basically killed Tuesday and most of Wednesday, but I finally got the POS home.

Turns out the rockers have some rust, then it has a couple dents, but it's a very nice body overall.

Mark.

Well, hate for you to make two trips, so if you can make it over on Friday, that would be freakin' awesome! I just looked at the forecast, it just went to sh!t for the next few days, doesn't look like I can get much done outside, I guess I will have to put a bunch of junk outside under tarps so I can move that cab inside to prep it...
