DDP are 155 degree spray angle, your 92 has 145 degree spray angle and piston bowls suited to that angle. 155 will work, and are a little more responsive down low, but can be hard or impossible to tune out hazing on an intercooled 91.5-93 cummins. I'd do a set of The Hungry Diesel 6x.010, probably be a great mileage injector, with a little more fuel than your factory 6x.009's.
'90 D250 R/C,727,IC,6x.009's,1/8" bump,fuel psi,straight pipe w/5" stack.
'90 W250 R/C,47rh,K@N,HX35,1/8" bump,2nd gen IC,boost,egt,trans temp.3.07's.

I see The Hungry Diesel has 6x.011 sac injectors in what seems like a decent price for rebuilt. I'll call and see if I can get my core charge refunded after sending my old ones in to avoid downtime and probably bite that bullet this week. Anyone running rebuilt injectors from this vendor have a review or comment?

Update:

Truck got hard to start and white smoke at startup increased. While doing a job at the Sierra Nevada brewery in Chico, I ran into a guy that recognized the truck and hooked me up with the guy that last built the pump some years ago. I got some enlightening backstory on the truck and had my pump rebuilt. The vane pump inside was damaged and there were metal shavings under the shut off solenoid.

Also added THD 6x.010's, 14cm H1CW, Isspro tach and pyro, Autometer mechanical oil and boost pressures.

The truck runs great, starts almost instantly, fuel supply at 8psi, max boost Ive seen is 29psi at manifold. Pyro probe is in but I need to install the gauge wiring.

Redid part of my steering system last month: reman pump and gear, double u joint borgeson shaft, and swapped in my manual column.

Next up is building my front axle. I have a thread in chassis dealing with knuckles' stretched steering arm bores. I have the frame of a 4wd '92 for conversion, and some rivets to cut......
