Postby doublel89 » Sun Nov 01, 2009 5:43 pm

I saw a picture of this on some 4x4 web forum, anyone else have photos or other input of this, it's a crew cab with the back of a club cab spliced together...
91 3/4 Ton 4x4, 5.9 Cummins,DDP Fuel Pin I usually leave it out though, DDP 40 Horse Sticks, HX35W And 2nd Gen Intercooler, Single 5'' Trunout, NV5600 Swap, Dually Conversion, 3.08 Rear Gears, Soon A Custom Hauler Bed

I could have sworn I saw a 6door Dodge on ebay a few years back. Be a bitch in parking, but cool as hell on the highway. I've seen several Frods.

Mad Max- You going to have extra leg room in the back, or storage behind the rear seat?
His- 93 W250 club cab LE, auto to Getrag conversion, piston lift pump, 3.54 LSD. 400k+
Hers- 04 QC 4x4. Built auto, Triple Dog, Air Dog. Funny Round truck that aint so quiet.

the 6 door was 2 tone brown, right? i remember seeing it too.

iir sam is now building a crew/ramcharger suburban type thingy instead of a mega cab. either way, i dont think he could screw something up if he tried, so im sure it will be awesome.

sorry fellas - haven't been in here lately but I thought I'd reply to this.

Our plans are for a 1st gen megacab long bed 4xdually - '93 12v/NV5600/205, D60/80 - pure tow rig but 4wd mostly for the bad weather. We scratched the 4xdually 'Burban thing after...during our house build...we realized just how nice it is to have the cargo bed separated from the interior.

Here's an update on the 81 six door (brown and gold) in the pic above. As of this week it has a 91 IC Cummins, complete with 518 and t-case from the donor. The new rear driveshaft should be done tomorrow and we can take it for a ride. Sorry, no pics (no hosting set up). Only sad thing about the truck is the 20 year old body work is having problems, lots of cracked bondo. I'll post again after the test drive.
'81 W350 6 door w/91 IC Cummins,
Too many others to list.
