cummins swap in to a 89 dodge w250 gasser

hi im new to this site and i really cant afford to buy a dodge cummins so ive decided to make one out of the truck i have now which is an 89 dodge w250 auto 4x4 would any body be able to give me tips and or tell me what all i would need for the swap, and how difficult it will be. thanks

You need a rusted out donor with all the parts. If it is complete then its all bolt in. You really need a complete parts truck, don't try to buy pieces and parts. You should be able to find a complete truck in the 1500 to 2000 range. Maybe less if you get lucky.

1993 W250 extended cab, rag, 4.10 l/s, 6x16's, HTT 62/71/14 piston l/p, Isspro EV series tach, fuel pressure, boost, oil pres, water temp, volt, pryo, 132k/ 301 hp

thanks for the imput but i havent been able to find any parts trucks that are even close to my house or that are under 4500. but mybe im not looking hard enough
