fenders and door , bed, windshield question

Hi Guys,
My truck is a 78 w-150,lots of difficulty wth finding good doors,fenders ,windshield and bed parts. what all years will fit this thing.can i use 80's front fenders with my hood and grill? same with the doors and bed,All our yards around here have fenders doors and beds from like 81 on up but nothing earlier.i like the body lines of the 72-80 but trying to get good parts is insane.the off shore patch panels dont exactly fit worth crap..any info appreciated.
